Return Conditions

How do you all know underwear not subject to return. This is 9 Article of the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection (No. 1023-XII dated December 11, 2019), Women's Linen Return and Exchange is not subject to. But sometimes we make a refund if the goods were not in use. We reserve the right not to return.

Return is possible at:

• You did not wear and have not experienced clothes;
• All tags, labels, labels are preserved;
• is not spoiled by the appearance of the goods (no spots, jamine, halls, hook etc.);
• not broken packaging, and all items and clothing in it in place;

How to do this:

• fill the return form
• Package our box to another so that it is not damaged during transportation
• attach an application for a refund (which you get along with the goods), and Send us a new mail using details to return (specify them from managers)
• Tell the number TTN and the card to return managers by calling the phone number: +380 (68) 560-06-22
• Expect money to return within 14 days. (Although we will try to do it faster!)

Exchange Terms

Exchange is possible at:

• You did not wear clothes;
• All tags, labels, labels are preserved;
• is not spoiled by the appearance of the goods (there are no spots, jams, halls, hooks, etc. d.);
• not broken packaging, and all items and clothing in it in place;

How to do this:

• Fill out the return form
• Pack our box to another so that it is damaged during transportation
• attach an exchange application (which you get along with the goods), and Send us a new mail using details to return (specify them from managers) in the application to specify the necessary data, and what size it is necessary to change this product. It is also possible to another model, you can discuss with our managers

• Tell the number TTN managers by calling the phone number: +380 (68) 560-06-22

Please note that transportation of goods for sharing or returning to our warehouse is paid by the buyer.

Yes, we remember that according to the law should not do this, but we go to the meeting to buyers, and therefore you must understand the terms of refund and exchange.

When returning or exchanging, we first definitely check the goods, on its safety and integrity, and only after that we return it to the sale. We return and change only absolutely new things, without stains, defects and traces of socks.
